has anyone ever had a lucid dream?

    I am into lucid dreaming big time. I can tell you that it is real and you can learn to have complete control over your dreams. You can change and direct them as you see fit. As for methods, there are too many to list. Check out ld4all as listed above. They will get you lucid dreaming in no time.

    I enjoy my dreams and would not give them up for anything.
