Current status of Sunset Beach, North Carolina

    Does anyone know the current status of Sunset Beach, NC, the most southern beach of the state adjacent to Bird Island? It was a known nude beach, but last I knew they were considering totally banning nudity there.

    We used to meet other nudists at Pea Island, OBX NC, but a National Seashore warden got very zealous in an anti nudity campaign and totally ended that.
