A very analytical mind, skeptical, precise, clean, conscientious, critical and the Sun gives Moon ample fodder for investigation and delving into the minutia of life, a good combination for a scientist really. I already know you are in the scientific field but I would have written it like that even had I not known. Moon and Jupiter will save you from most of your woes as you have had an untroubled life so far, other than in the area of love and relationships, where loss and tragedy rules I am sorry to say. Thanks for posting this. Now that we have an experiment, let's analyze the data. My main objective here is not to attack or reach any preconceived conclusion, but to scientifically evaluate the question "Does astrology work?" based on the evidence you have presented. Some of this stuff could apply to the vast majority (>90%) of human beings, so I don't think it can be included in the evidence. An example: A lot of the information in this chart wouldn't necessarily apply to the majority of people, but a quick look at my previous posts on this forum would indicate - either through things I've directly said, or through inference - that they most likely apply to me. Examples of this: (Nevertheless, it's pretty obvious.) (I'm sure I've mentioned this in a couple threads on this forum.) (I think these things are pretty obvious too. I may not have ever directly stated these things, but it's probably easy to tell from my posts.) Of the remaining stuff - the stuff which I don't think you would've had any other way of knowing - I don't think your astrology chart was any more accurate than could be expected by chance. Let's look at it: You are right about lovers, wrong about friends. And wrong about the violence or unexpectedness. This one's not me. I'm definitely a laid-back, lazy, Type B personality. This one is probably accurate. Sometimes, but probably no more than the average person. I tend to be a bit more confrontational online than IRL, for whatever reason. You are correct about the arrogance, but incorrect about the fights. Semi-accurate...but again, probably no more than the average person. Sometimes they annoy me, but I don't harbor any secret dislike for them (very few secret feelings in general, actually). This is accurate. You're wrong about the ambition and stamina, but correct about the great vision. Correct about the confidence, but wrong about being high-strung and restless. And wrong about the temper. It usually takes a lot to tick me off IRL; I think I'm fairly mellow. My temper usually displays itself more online rather than in person. This is accurate. I don't think my family ties are stronger than the average person's. You are correct about the main source of my unhappiness. Incorrect about the details. I don't think this one is accurate. In fact, one of the things I like best about my friends is that they make me happy and are loyal. Correct. Correct. We'll see. This is more accurate, but contradicts your earlier point about their treachery. Semi-accurate...I'm probably average in this area. Again, I'm probably only average in this area. Correct. By my count, that's six statements I'd consider accurate, six statements that I'd consider inaccurate, and seven statements that are either semi-accurate, contradict other statements, or just aren't big factors in my life. I appreciate you spending time showing me your craft, but I think in this case the evidence indicates that astrology wasn't any more accurate than probability would predict.
well I'm convinced..............NOT astrology has huge validity. to me my fiance and my charts are very specific, unusual, and eerily predictive of events we have experienced all our lives, and are going through now even. you know what it is....... Spirit is fuckin with ya You are getting an ambiguous and vague reading to support what you believe. So thats cool.
Zandahar there are always contradictions in life because nothing is the same from day to day. For example, friends can be treacherous and other friends steadfast, and these can change. I trust you will recognise you are 24 and perhaps if you revisit my interpretation 20 years from now you might find something more to it. I did not use any guesswork or anything I might have deduced from your postings ... I simply used classical astrological rules. If your were to study your chart armed with a basic understanding of the rules of astrology you would unlock a wealth of knowledge about yourself, and then you could do my chart.
