Don't let it scare you There are important messages that can come through when your mind is open...those messages can be bad sometimes, yes, but overall, its a great tool to have in life.
I get those, I will be talking to someone and it feels familiar like this conversation already happened. Like I'm just remembering it. Or I will be somewhere and it seems like this already happened
yes it is very interesting, i am glad to hear u also have had them and know what they are stay posted for information, websites i have posted in earlier posts are helping, you should check them out .
My friend once told me that when deja vu occurs you only remember dreaming up that very situation when the actual deja vu occurs if that makes sense.Sometimes they hold very important messages though.
There are lots of messages that I get that I don't want to know about. Specifically being the conditions of loved ones. Its much harder to handle when you know what is about to happen. But at the same time, it can be a great tool to have in order to prepare yourself. Lately, I've been seeing the downfall of a friend's marriage. It hurts to know this information, but it better prepares me to be there for my friend when she needs me.
i understand. i would not like to know a loved ones condision in some cases. personaly i feel as if marriage is pointless. i havent seen many that have been a sucess, yet i am not one to say this to ones i care for because i dont want to change anyones believe. if you feel you can go into a relationship for the rest of your life by all means do so but i personally dont think i could ever. but back to topic dreams are made to help if you ask me. if we like the answer or not isnt the problem. its how we cope with knowing the answer.
welcome dejavu! any imput you would like to put on this conversation? and how are you tyrsonswood. glad to say that you have helped a lot and this thought hasent left my mind sence i figure out what it was. my dreams are become a lot more understanding, yet they make no sence. in a way they are a perfect thought just pushed around in a gaint mess of a story, i call it life in my dreams. have you had any experiences lately?
Not recently, no. I haven't had any deja vu feelings for quite some time. From what I'm remembering of my dreams, when I have them, they are making no sense either. Dreaming has seemed "broken" for awhile... I'm either not having any for weeks at a time (not just "not remembering" but actually not having any) and then when I do dream it's like they are someone else's dreams. This whole aspect has been "broken" since my Cymbalta FAIL 3+ years a go. Something really got screwed up during that episode. I'm not wanting to take your thread off topic about this though. How have you been doing?
it makes perfect sence, to me at least. i understand that but i feel as if there is a difference in deja vu and prophetic dreaming its more of a different view at least for me. i see and feel when its prophetic if you understand what im saying, deja vu is just like a firmilur thing thats happend. i dont know its just a different feeling to me, i can tell one from another when it happens
well everyone dreams even if you do not remember it. if you set your alarm clock to go off every 45 mins when you fall asleep when you wake from it you will wake from a dream. the thing with dreams is they are so easy to forget because you have so many of them and they just keep on passing thru. write them down and train yourself to see and remember your dreams a little bit better its been helping for me. another problem could be sleep if your not getting a good 8 to 9 hours worth of sleep then it is hard to fall into a deep dreaming state of mind. but i have been doing good my friend trying to stay positive about life my annxity has been doing better now that my mind is becoming stronger to certain things and would you like to talk off this thread about your Cymbalta fail im interested
There are times that I can remember dreaming and forgetting it but there are also times that I'm really not dreaming, as in not reaching REM. I will have dreams in stage one sleep and then when I hit stage two sleep, nothing, and I will stay there for hours and then wake up. I often wake up much more tired than when I went to sleep.
interesting this happend to me about a year or two ago and i got thru this every so often. you have a wierd dream the first hour or so your alseep wake up not knowinig much but what happend at the end and then fall back asleep thinking nothing of it and then just black untill you wake up. do u have dark marks under your eyes when u awake very purple and black as if u have a black eye?
It might not satisfy you, but here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D%C3%A9j%C3%A0_vu Whats even more interesting, is 'Related Phenomena' I think you get them from being tired.
Recently I had this moment, earlier this year. I thought I'd written it down somewhere online because I had a feeling it would really happen, but not because it seemed realistic at all at the time. At this point this has been happening to me for almost 10 years. I used to have normal deja vu then it became this kind of deja vu where I would experience the feeling more than once. Sometimes I'd be reading a book and all of a sudden start "dreaming" this deja vu moment, then later (usually several months later) I'd experience it again in real-time, while remembering the earlier deja vu experience(s). Pretty odd feeling. Recently it happened again. I was asked to babysit for a neighbor and went up to get acquainted with them a little better and play video games when it happened...I remembered that not only had I "had that experience before" but I'd actually written it down because it had that deja vu kind of feeling.
