Looking to try a nude beach in the UK

Hi, a friend lives in Birmingham and has a car, so can drive anywhere really, ideally not more than 3-4 hours away. I hear there's some nice places in Wales... never done it before, been curious.

Any suggestions?

 

There is an excellent beach at Morfa which is about 4 miles North of Barmouth. Check the beaches section of the BN site for full details. Good camping (not naturist) nearby.

Well, being nude on the beach it's kinda like taking a tub bath at home...
Except the water is salty...
And you are sharing the tub with thousands of other people...
And there is sand or gravel under your feet instead of a bath mat.
Otherwise it is just the same!

There is a naturist spa in Birmingham, called Clover Spa. It would be a place you could try naturism, and would save petrol and time.

 

A beautiful beach on the south coast in Dorset nestled on the purbecks is studland (good name hey)

I hear they have a nudist part
