this post was supposed to be about Erick Williamson but it spills over to some other situations. if you dont know who Erick is thats ok i didnt know until a couple hours ago. Apparently this was national news though so some of the bigger naturists i would expect have knowledge of the story. Every person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where others are present, or procures another to so expose himself, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present. now it is possible i am misreading this but wouldnt people in a gym locker room getting changed be against the law? its not in a public place but it is a place where people are present and private parts are exposed. hell if we wanted to really crack down we could bring in all those 4 year olds that pull off their clothes in the park. being as there is no age limits in the law. i have noticed virginia has on more than one occasion kept laws very vague
