the tsunami of a-pyrollidinyl propiophenones flooding the RC sites had made me wonder--is there a halfway point between a-PPP and methylphenidate? already there exists the compound 1-piperidinyl propiophenone, any ideas as to wether this would be a DNRI like the pyrovalerones? im betting yes. the only difference is the extra link in the heterocyclic ring, but then again look at codeine and morphine--just one methyl group and a gulf of central activity lost. ideas?

This put me in the train of tought that brought me to rollicyclidine. This is a PCP cousin w/ a pyrollidine ring replacing the piperidine. its controlled, but what about 3 or 4-methoxy rollicyclidine?
