Can you explain this? What is otter for? Explain.

 

I think an otter is a very special human being and deserves just as much love as any other reptile.

 

But does above otter not remind of old woman? Perhaps Bea Arthur?

 

I do not know Bea Arthur, so I would have to say yes.
