Hey everybody! Name's Mallory, I'm a writer in the San Francisco bay area. (My day job is retail). I usually write fiction, but sometimes narrative nonfiction in essay form, and screenplays. When I'm not writing, I enjoy watching TV (anything on HBO, Showtime and AMC, plus some good stuff on the broadcast networks) and movies (all kinds except gory horror - there are few movies I dislike. Except Magic Mike. I hated that.) I also like cooking and baking, and crafts like knitting and painting. I joined this forum so I could "talk" with people with similar interests. I also want to know what kinds of books people are reading and movies they're seeing, so I can write the best books and movies that I can.
