Yes, i tried that a few years ago, but it gave me a headache, presumably from over-stimulation of the reflexology points on the soles.
I can't imagine that a bastinado upon the soles being much fun at all. If I wanted to have the reflex points on my soles stimulated, I'd go for a reflexology session.
