I haven't taken MDMA in 6 months or more, can't remember. I recently got some, and was wondering if I would be able to take it while on my medication.
I take lexapro 20mg daily and 300mg wellbutrin. I know the SSRI is supposed to kill the effects of MDMA, and mixing them can cause SS. If I stopped taking my medication for 1-3 days would that increase the effects of MDMA, or does it take weeks for the chemical to get out of your system? Also what are the chances of SS actually happening? Would it be a huge danger to roll on 500mg in total over 6 hours while on my meds, even after stopping them for a few days prior?

    Thanks

You are going to have some unpleasant effects if you stop your SSRI's abruptly.

I know, but stopping them for 3 days isn't going to have much of an effect. Anyone know the answer to any of my questions?

More unpleasant effects on the SSRI's but that's just me. It took about 45 days from the last 1/4 pill for me to come back to normal from ssri [zoloft, I weaned down by 1 week taking 3/4 pill, week 2 1/2 pill, and week 3 1/4 pill] and I had fainting spells while on it and while coming off of it, the inability to achieve orgasm, and MDMA was of greatly reduced effectiveness, almost worthless imo. Stop them for 1-3 days and you'll just increase the side effects of the coming-on, coming-off cycle. If you already paid for the mdma save it somewhere safe and use it 45 days after coming off ssri. I disobeyed the doctor and decided I was done taking that crap weaned myself off then blew off the next appointments and all of their calls... I think they figured it out I was done with their 'head meds' I don't recommend it for you. it can be dangerous to stop the drugs without consulting the doctor. I just got lucky.
