Have you ever realized your insomnia may be caused by the pillow you sleep everyday?

Studies have shown that the world's 600 million insomnia, there are 150 million is due to the pillow does not apply, and unscientific pillow is the primary factor to cause a variety of sleep disorders.

I was shocked by this study, and suffered from the insomnia, but I don't know what pillow is the scientific pillow to sleep, and how long should we change the pillow. Waiting for your advice, thank you!

You may need a memory foam pillow, it is not too soft.Well, I used to the soft pillow, but now I feel the pillow is very easy dirty and covered with perspiration. The memory pillow is relatively flat, height is also very appropriate.

I have sleep problems to. Even after arriving home from work about midnight, I am still awake 3 - 4 hrs later. I can never seem to relax & get to sleep - seems my body is still rushing around at work & won't allow me to relax a lot later after I go to bed.
Even sometimes during the day, I'm very tired & just want to sleep.
But thats been my sleeping pattern for the past 3 - 4yrs & never changes. after
suffering from exhaustion, fitigue, depression after having to give up working of all of a sudden without notice. I spent a few months on a sickness benefit & sleep wise, have never recovered 100% either. I don't want to start taking sleeping pills just to get to sleep - to addictive!
Any advice ? I'm on holiday very soon & want to get my sleeping problems sorted - somehow?

there is a book called "Treating insomnia with chinese medicine", or something like that, by Bob Flaws

acupressure self-massage just before bedtime might help

    some dietary changes might help
