I haven't been here much since 2008, until recently. These forums just are not what they used to be. I must say my 20s were a mess, and I wasted far too much time in here over those excruciating ten years, but I do have some fond (and not so fond) memories of this place when you and others were posting. I think you and I used to post here drunk quite a bit. I had fun posting here back then.

So how is life treating you, girl? For me, things are better and worse simultaneously. I've lost a lot of weight and am actually in shape for the first time in YEARS. Otherwise, things still kind of suck. But I remain optimistic, or at least I try.

I never remember this place being as dead as it is now. Sometimes when I come here I think of how everyone else has likely moved on to greener pastures, but still here I am after 13 years. 13 fucking years on a website!!!!

Hey Trish this is mick_jagger_is_so_hip. I was wondering what had happened to you, nice to see you on here again.

Rat is right about this website too. Most people have stopped posting, and the bulk of people who do seem to just want to post crap on the drug and sex forums. Sad. I spent my youth on here too, had a three year hiatus and have been posting again for about a year now.

You should come back full time!

G'day people, must confess I haven't been here in a long time...but then I didn't post much before either.

 

Trish! h o n e y h a n n a h ...that would be me.

I have wondered about you as well.

When I first signed up here with my new name I found it difficult to weed through everything and everyone seemed new, but after awhile I became cool with the fact that it's not as active and there are actually good handful of old posters still here. And some people who seem to just come to check messages every now and then.

I think back in the days a lot more of us were hipfreaks...maybe addicted...this site was a home away from home for me...I'm glad its still here. It would be awesome if we could get a reunion going or something.

Maybe we should do a where are they now thread...

Orison reminds me of an old poster but I can't remember what his name was.

I can't imagine hipforums without pressed_rat so I'm glad you're still here bud!

I'm a lot more excited than hipforums alumni than my high school reunion stuff which is actually happening this year.
