I assume you are talking about your ass. Go to a drug store and find a disposable enema, the main brand name enema is called Fleet. Dont buy a 5 pack or any of that, you need just one. it will be a soft bottle full of a laxative solution with a pre lubed tube on top, unscrew the cap and dump out the contents, give it a rinse and fill with warm (not hot) water. Take as big of a shit as you can and jam that guy in there and give it a squeeze. try to hold it in for as long as you possibly can. When you cant take it anymore relieve yourself and repeat. two or three enemas usually do it just fine. I would really recommend getting a legit enema rig, you can pick one up for like 10 bucks at a drug store, it is basically one of those red hot water bottles with a hose and shutoff clamp, you can put a lot more water in there with one go with such a rig. a single 1 liter flush out should leave you squeaky clean. I have one of those disposable ones I keep full of lube, after a good clean out a quick squirt from that guy gets things going pretty easily.
I am strictly a bottom so I pay a lot attention to this. What works for me is I bought what is called a "rectal syringe" at a local Safeway. You fill it full of comfortable temp. water , and insert it. Empty the water (squeeze the bottle) into your ass (do this over the toilet) and expel the water. Any f. matter is discharged this way, repeat a few times if neccessary. I have heard you should do this a few hours before sexual activity because of water leakage.
