it was rainy here this morning so we skipped the beach but it's super nice now!

 

Watching the ending of the sopranos now i remember how much it blowed

 

all of my friends say that i should watch the sopranos, but i haven't seen a single episode.

i've been depressed so friday i ate nothing but pringles all day then had a steak for dinner. saturday i had some fish and some pasta and bananas. today i haven't eaten anything but pizza and ice cream. havent even drank anything at all.

new bike has a couple small issues, going to take it in tomorrow to have them make a couple small adjustments if i can't figure it out today. the front brakes are squeaking like crazy and the chain seems to rub against the front derailleur when the rear derailleur is in a high gear. at least that's what i think it happening, i don't really know anything about bikes.

 

need some compressed air to get the bead seated on my tubeless .. i got some new hope brakes that are bad ass

 

My fat ass has not bee on a bike for years

 

does anyone know if the chain rubbing a little bit like that will damage anything? i'd like to ride it to work tomorrow and then stop at the bike shop on my way home, but i won't if there is a chance of it causing damage.

 

pennsylvania has a good cycling scene.. you know like laid back chicks who are in to craft brews.

 

nah it aint gonna hurt nothing.. just a lil misaligned. i rode half of a 40 some odd mtb ride yesterday with a fucked up derailleur

 

that's good to know. this new bike is replacing the one that was stolen, and since it's the exact same model i didn't even bother testing it out before taking it home. probably should have, i would have caught at least the squeaking brakes.

 

i seen rain today...the kind that makes you slow down to 20 even if its a 100kph limit....the kind where you expect it to change into chunks of ice at any second..the kind where you hope that truck in front of you isnt being driven by a woman

already sore today sucks, and I'm not taking my pills either I really don't like relying on them type thing. I'm also starting to get really freaked out b/c of Thursday.

 

what kind of pills did you get?

more tests on thursday, or results?
