Caught with LSD or Shrooms

Based off a documentary, in the states LSD on a self possession is worthy of up to a $2million fine and/or up to 40 years in prison. It's a schedule 1/Class A drug.

Now LSD, is harder to find then most drugs though, and is harder to test for as it out of your system in 24-48 hours. Also not to mention the little amount ingested -millionths of a gram. It is almost impossible to find and not worth the effort. I've also read posts on this forum of people being caught with weed, and the cop sees the sheets of LSD, and doesn't even know what it is, so it doesn't count as anything. Not to say all cops don't know what LSD is, but it is simply not caught as much as other drugs tend to be. Even though it is a schedule 1 drug.

LSD has seemed to make a recent come back, and you can only suspect the laws to change on it. Perhaps cops will be more likely to take note of trippers in future times. And if were lucky it will be legalized.

They'd like that. But these guys will get old and die. Read the DEA website, part of their "mission statement" or whatever is brainwashing new dea leaders. They're worried, because the only people who believe in the war on drugs are pigs.

Anyway, yeah, don't get caught.... if in doubt, don't have any at all, which is really pretty good advice for anyone..... Whatever I post, I obviously don't REALLY break the law.

 

My thinking was with the 60s gen gone, who's gonna care even the slightest about LSD?

But really, getting caught is pretty much getting fucked for life. So just be careful, as you already know.

 

'drug checkpoints' ARE unconstitutional because it is assuming that everyone who passes through a point possess illegal substances - and searched as though they are criminals without probable cause

same shit happened to me, but the cops got away with it somehow. they used a dog to sniff every single car in a DUI checkpoint (just as "procedure")

possession laws are so fucked.
laws around the sale of substance i can see (moreso) but just HAVING something for your personal use is so retarded...


good thing i live in missouri - the state with some of the strictest, most enforced drug laws in the nation. and the same place nessa got picked up. i was picked up in the same county as they - likely by the same police force (there are 4 different ones in that area)

 

For me, my friend buys LSD regularly, by the vial.

Well one day, and I will never do this again it scared the shit out of me. He wanted me to bring the vial to him. I live 4 hours away, but he buys it in my home town. So it came in this little eye dropper container, and i had to take that four hours away, most of it being highway in the middle stacked with cops just waiting.

I got pulled over 3 times, and because I live in Texas it is legal for them to search my car for little to no reason. Each time they found nothing, not even a small trace of weed. What I did was buy a little advil case. (they come in chapstick looking cases here) and i emptied out all the advil tabs. Put the acid in there and a cotton ball on top of it, filled the advil back in and but the cotton on top of that also. I took this pill bottle and hid it in a nitch of my car.

It was scary but no one ever found anything. Made 250$ too.

If you're transporting things like that, you should try and be safe and not have open containers/weed, id be too scared with L to give the cops any suspicion I might have other things in my car.

How many doses? Did they actually gc/ms test it to validate it was LSD?

if you mean one of those lame little LEO marquis style tests, that could have easily shown LSD for just about any tryptamine, I think.........

Psychedelics never show up in the average drug test. The only drugs they care about testing for is weed, as well as some hard drugs. So if you're asking about drug tests, you don't have to worry about a thing.

Just make sure you're never actually caught with drugs or contraband in the first place. It's only when they confiscate the drugs and identify them that your life will get fucked up.

WOW, that's harsh. I know I wouldn't be able to survive that and come out sane. No one deserves to be arrested for that. I hate the drug war....
