Yep, you read it right, I can't poop. I've never EVER had this issue, usually I go every morning and usually after dinner at night. So I took a laxative yesterday around 2p.m. and today still nothing. My stomach is so bloated I look like an ethiopian, lol, ok well I exaggerated it a bit, but it's still bloated dammit! Along with this I've been having a lot of stomach pains and aches and I've been taking a lot of ibuprofen because I have terrible toothaches everyday. Luckily though I have a dentist appointment tomorrow (yay!).
I haven't tried a walk yet, I've been so bloated that I haven't felt like taking my daily walk....guess I will get off my lazy ass and do it, lol.
Have a few apples or whatever fruit you like. Plenty of water (key). The exercise is also a great idea. Be careful by not overdoing the laxatives. Reduce your dosage every time if you are going to have more. Once it works it might work too well and you'll be buying Imodium AD (also easy to overdose on).
I only took one pill, don't plan on taking another one, if this one didn't work I don't think the other one will. I think I might have some G.I problems, gonna make an appointment.
Try cutting out gluten for a week by not eating wheat, bread, cereal, etc. You may have a gluten sensitivity which would cause intestinal gas and bloating and nastiness.
I've been taking ibuprofen pretty much daily because of my tooth issues, but that's it. Yeah, I was thinking about that also. guess it's time to change my diet.
make two fists..push them under your ribs and take a large deep breath while rocking back and forth on the toilet works for me :d helps if you grunt a little bit too
Prunes nor prune juice never did a thing for helping me in that department. Try just taking a stool softner - like Metamucil or the pill Duc-o-lac (I think that's how its spelled). And (sit down now for this bit of foolishness, but I found it really has worked for me)...when you are really bloated and basically hurting but NOTHING happening...rub your whole stomach area, from the top (under the breasts) around to under the stomach - like the pelvic area. Rub it in a circle several times (or until you just decide that this is NOT going to work). But when I've been in a "bad way", like you describe, when I was hurting and I would do that like a number of times and it would help me go.
