yea ive been to the top of a few mountains there. Freezing as fuck. Especially when its blizzarding and you cant see anything. It gets pretty crazy
I rode some decent powder there back in high school. It was awesome. But lets not get off track here!
Whatever mang I know that's why you want to go to Tahoe. But to keep on track, I live in Florida so it's similar in that it's a vacation destination. And the hospitality industry is a legit career path. Most of my peers survive that way. If you like people go for it. I'd get into food service over something like lift operator. More money and flexibility.
But then again any job at a resort could escalate into upper positions if you don't fuck it up. Just picture yourself where you want to be in life in general, and execute it.
Follow your gut. It always knows what's best. I regret a lot of things I didn't do because I didn't follow my gut (I don't know how I didn't follow it, since its HUGE)...don't let that happen to you.
I mean that the older you get the harder it will be to just drop your life and move somewhere completely new, especially if you do want a family one day. If you want to do something like that, do it now when you're only responsible to yourself.
go for it dude i spent half my life doing the safe thing and board as shit, the moment i lived my dream " quit the stinken job sold every thin i owend bought a kombi and fucked off " it all fell into place and the only thing i regreted was not doing it sooner. just trust youself and u can do anything BOOMSHANKA BABY
Would you have owned anything or been able to buy a kombi without putting in some work first? What the fuck is a kombi even?
I love that area too. You could live down in Reno or Austin, and still attend college, and be near Tahoe.
lol i have said a few times now i dont really have any interest in college And if i moved up there id live in tahoe, not reno or anything.
according to wikipedia, it is a japanese term for a comedy duo. i'll admit it would be pretty fun to have my own pair of asian comedians for a while, but it might get old eventually.
