That has happened to me before. when I was painting regularly, It was strange thing that I could often see a person or place or something as a painting I had done. Sometimes an animal shows them self to me in a dream. Last one I remember was about a week ago. Was a raccoon, it stayed off in the shadows and I could barely make it out. The really odd thing about it was that it had bluey glowy eyes. it wasn't menacing or anything like that, seemed to be more curious and watchful. I think sometimes when it comes to messages and such being shown to you, it's not always about the actual animal, sometime it may be it's appearance (the way it looks, it's condition, even health) or the way it acts that is the actual message. ~peace
Dragging this thread back up... Did you ever do anything with that crow image I gave you? I didn't see it in your photos so I figured I'd ask.
I been trying to resize it to card size without distorting it or having to crop it without any success. I only have "paint" to work with on my current computer. It's such an awesome picture for Crow and I don't want to mess it up. I've been working on a card for firefly. Hoping to finish it up soon.

Firefly: Firefly teaches us to bring things into focus and to lighten the path that is hidden in order to understand our life force. He gives the spark of divine insight and inspiration. Firefly aids in illuminating what is hidden, understands what is confusing, brings wonder and awe in the darkness. He will teach strength to replace fear in the midst of the darkness; spiritual or emotional. Sometimes the faintest the light will see you through. Allow firefly to guide you - in the moment, through the forest of life and to navigate what you are unable to perceive or understanding. It is the light that should be your focus, not the dark. Firefly will show you how, so watch carefully!
Two new cards finished. The artwork for Crow was provided by Tyrsonswood ! Thanks very much for the contibution, I love it. CROW: Crow is a harbinger of change; spiritual, mental and emotional. Life, death, rebirth, transition magic, watchfulness, look for opportunities coming up, aids in ability to move spiritually and physically. They teach the power and balance of light/dark and spiritual/physical. He teaches to create and manifest things in our lives, all of life is waiting. Crow announces a newness on the horizon. Are you aware of the nuances in life? Are you listening to signs around you? Crow can give strength and show you how to maneuver in intuitions and insights. The frog is the totem of metamorphosis. It symbolizes coming into your personal power. It reminds us not to become bogged down with day-to-day living. It is the totem of water. Its voice calls forth the rains. Emotions are associated with water and a frog totem may be telling you to get in touch with your feelings. People with frog medicine give support and energy where it is needed. They can cleanse the negativity from an environment. and FROG. This was a stipilism picture I made a few years back.
