Hang In There Whilst I Ask This Question To My 5 Cats. Yep, Just As I Thought, The Dog Got Voted Off The Island.... Cheers Glen.
I have one dog and one cat. All of the animals I have taken were either from the Humane Society or were strays I found. I have always thought I would like to have a horse, or sheep or alpaca (to spin their wool) but I have never been in a position where I could have any of the larger creatures.
Both, Ive adopted a few cats before but haven't had the right kind of place for a dog yet. I currently have some Degu's I rescued
I have one of each...granted my dog is still a puppy, but I hope he grows up to be an amazing animal. However, at this moment, I favor my cat...he's the weirdest cat ever and I just found out he has the onset of cataracts makes me sad that my little poopy kitty is going blind
It's so nice of you to adopt cats. I remember I used to adopt a lot of kittens back when I was a child and remember my sis get rid of them 'coz she doesn't like them. Didn't stop me though. Haha. But since I still need to get papers done before I can do that again here in UAE, I just take the chance to pet some stray cats on the street whenever I get the chance to. Sit with them for couple of minutes then come back some other time and bring food for them.
gotta go with cats. they're more independent and have more personality. I have two and love em to death, but they can be sketchy as hell sometimes. you never really can tell what a cat is thinking.
I Agree BuckStacy. Cats are a bit moody. We have a lot of dogs in my home country, I love them but I prefer something like a Shitzu or a chow dog perhaps.
dog. cats are ok, but they're not so much a pet as just something that's there and occasionally attacks for no apparent reason. and poops in a box that you have to clean. that groundhog really doesn't want to be picked up.
Dogs. Real dogs though, not those ankle biting rodents that some people call dogs. I used to like cats un till one attempted to murder me. Now I can't trust any of them. I don't have any at this time, but I've also had reptiles as pets all throughout my life.
