Against what is the measurement anyway? What is the typical length of a dick labelled as "big"? A range would be good. I wanna know in which category mine falls down...
in the US average is 5" so anything above that is big in general. people have their own scales though, based on what they pack, what they've seen, and what can please them. for instance, i'm about 8.5", my ex (i'm a gay sub for the record) was 7" and a toy less than 6" does nothing for me... so to me, even average is small. but there's people on the other side of that scale too...

lol you measure hard... soft has no meaning at all. (apparently some people don't do this) but you measure from the top (pelvic bone) not the bottom (balls)
I think probably simplest way to answer your question "how big is too big anyway?" is, that it all depends on the person. What is big to one person may seem smaller to another and vice-versa But if you are referring to size comparisons then yeah, I'm sure there are tons of sites that have info on that out there. Guys just love to talk about there junk, lol.
In terms of length, 7 inches is the beginning of what can reasonably be described as big. In terms of penile circumference (or girth, if you will), 5.25 inches could be defined as marginally big. Of course, there lacks any methodology with which to objectively establish what constitutes big, so this post is inherently subjective. The intersubjective consensus seems only to imply that "bigger than average" is large, which goes without saying. Though I've noted that at my size of ~7.5 inches in length and ~6.25 inches in circumference, the only negative comments I've received typically come in the form of incredulity rather than dissatisfaction.
