ARDATH -The Story Of A Dead Self by Marie Corelli

I am enjoying this book quite a bit! I purchased it at a thrift store 1988 the title and cover illustration caught my eye. I began reading a bit from the middle chapters,and decided to start from the beginning. I really hadn't planned on reading it at all. The book was very old and began to fall apart,then I lost it moving. I was unable to find it again until recently. I really think the author was unusual for her time. Maybe not, it could be that I need to read a bit more. It was published in 1889.
