Cautious about taking MDMA when I'm so sensitive to other drugs?

I'm planning on taking MDMA with my boyfriend fairly soon, but I'm a little unsure since I'm so damn sensitive to other drugs. When I smoke weed, I can have half a cone and will end up twitching uncontrollably and laughing for ages. When I drink,I get drunk off 7 drinks. When I took 5 shrooms, I tripped so hard I thought I could control space and time.

So considering I'm so sensitive to other drugs,I was wondering if it would be ok to take MD? I read somewhere that it may be more dangerous for people who are hypersensitive to other drugs. If I do take it, should I just take a little bit less than a standard dose?

 

getting drunk off of 7 drinks isn't sensitive, that describes lots of people. and 5 'shrooms' could be a lot as well. you'll probably be fine.

 

Just low dose it to start with, see how you feel. If it doesnt hit you, up the dose. Nothing wrong with being safe and finding YOUR active dose, whether your sensitive to drugs or not.

 

Half a joint is HUGE for someone who has 0 tolerance.
Most people would be drunk off 7 drinks.
5 shrooms could be a few grams, depending on the size.

You don't sound sensitive to drugs, youre pre-determined idea of how much it should take is just flawed.

If you are worried take 80mg or so. See what happens. You don't have to go all out. You have all your life to get it right.

 

I'd reccommend 125 mgs for your first time and I normally reccommend 150-200 mgs to people. The fact you have experience with pot and particularly shrooms makes me think you can handle Mdma. The thing with Mdma is many people suggest the first time is the best experience, I don't necessarily suscribe to that view in my personal Mdma experience, but it is commonly said and given your situation sounds like you have that set up to be a special evening so I reccommend a good dose.

If you have hypertensive issues, like really high blood pressure or heart problems than you may not want to take Mdma.

 

I don't think it's possible to have a bad time on MDMA, if you have real MDMA.

 

The 5 shrooms were only just over a gram and yet I was tripping harder than everyone I was with who took 10, and I smoke weed on a weekly basis. I mean half a cone out of a bong, and that's a minuscule amount haha. I think I probably should have explained that every time I smoke weed I become hyperactive and twitchy, and get weird bursts of energy every few seconds. Every substance I've ever taken has caused me to become so hyperactive that people actually think I'm on MD.

With all that taken into consideration, do you reckon I should still take a standard dose?

I think I'm leaning towards the idea of taking 100mg or so.

 

100mg is still a good dose. not huge but enough that even if you aren't super sensitive to it, you'll have a good time.

 

Females are more sensitive to MDMA then males. You guys are pre-wired to feel that way a bit more then guys.

I only gave a friend 90 mg for her first time and it got so intense for her she had to go in the other room to cool down. But I know it was pure, you may need more depending on if your molly is cut, or if your taking a pill.

She still had a good time though. As in laughing hysterically on the couch and saying she loved everyone.

Just remember there will probably be a phase on the comeup where it seems too intense. You will think you took too much ( I have seen this in males and females), but that feeling is temporary and it will give way to euphoria.

 

yeah the intense feeling lasts maybe 5 minutes for me at most, and then it dissolves into bliss.

 

Feeling a bit more confident with it all now, gonna take 100mg in the next week or so. Thanks for all the input guys
