So just found out that a friend of a friend has been smoking lots of bath salt. Turns out he was being told that it was something else. So this stupid friend of a friend has been getting sick, kidneys tingle and hard time breathing at times. Seems to me that the person telling him it was one thing but wasnt knew he would pretty much smoke till his kidneys and lungs probaly gave out on him. When i asked do that thing you thought it was due to its similiar apperance not do the same to you and he replied no. I looked it up and wow! Seems to me the person knew that smoking bath salts daily like that other stuff will kill you. Besides the ass whipping thats coming should there be legal matters brought into the mix. I dont even know if ill even see this friend of a friend anymore but hes not smoking anything anymore So i hear.
You'd need to provide more details. What is the relationship between the smoker and provider. What did he think he was smoking? etc.
Not enough info, no question found either. Sounds like this guy is literally selling your friend bath salts (meaning actual aromatic salts for a bath). I wouldn't think methylone/mephedrone to cause immediate liver/kidney failure like you described, unless this dude is getting some seriously impure shit. No, do not bring "legal issues" into the mix, especially if he has a "beating" coming to him. You'd not only be a narc, but whatever he's selling might not even turn out to be illegal.
