Ok guys som I'm kinda new about these things, like meditation astral projection and lucid dreaming. Can you guys teach me how to meditate? And what is Astral projection? How can I achieve it? I tried meditation once but I can't seem to focus my mind XD Hope you can help me guys Thank you ^_^
Well, for starters, know that meditating is not easy at first. Having scattered thoughts or not being able to focus is the first thing that happens to a beginner at meditating. But you have to keep going and not give up. Sure your first times might be filled with doubt and things like "i cant meditate cause i cant focus!" but focus comes with practice. just keep trying and dont give up! just find somewhere quiet and focus on your breathing and how breathing makes your body feel. dont focus on anything else for a while, if you start to get distracted with random thoughts just push them out of your mind and focus on your breathing again. eventually you should feel stillness and thus,achieving the meditative state as for astral projection and lucid dreaming, i have no idea lol im kinda of a beginner myself.
ah thanks! i needed to know how to meditate too!! as for lucid dreaming and astral projection (AP). I've never tried AP before, one of my friends have though and say the experience is amazing, AP is when you have an out of body experience and you are able to travel without actually moving, it's basically when your spirit goes somewhere but your body stays where you started. I've read about how to achieve it, but can't remember much. you basically need to know how to meditate and start seeing yourself meditating or if you lie down, you'll be able to see yourself lying there. The reason why i've never tried is because something can actually enter your body while you aren't occupying it. Lucid dreaming on the other hand is when you dream, and you realize that you are dreaming and you then start to take control of your dream, i'm not entirely sure about my facts, but i think if you start taking control of your dreams and make it happen the way you want to there is certain changes you make in your subconscious that allows to handle real life situations better and make you feel more in control of your own life. that's basically what i know about this. though i'm not 100% certain of my facts if i made a mistake somewhere feel free to correct me. hahahaha
