Dilaudid

For a person with almost no tolerance to opiates how much dilaudid would be safe to shoot? i was thinking 1 mg or would that be to much even with no tolerance?

also how would i prep the white M4 dilaudid pills for iv?

 

if u have almost no tolerance to opiates u probably shouldnt shoot, just snort them

 

I would always shoot my dilaudid, intramuscular, I never did try IV (too scared).
Way better than snorting I thought.

I wouldn't shoot something as strong as Hydromorphone if you are opioid naive. Even 2 mg could be too much to handle. If you HAVE to do it, try 1 mg.

They are..but in lower doses..much lower..i got some when i had my surgery..never really had opiates before..but i think it was a tiny tiny amount and it stopped the pain

 

first time i ever shot up was 2mg of dilaudid. quarter of an 8 mg pill. i had a high oxy tolerance and shooting up the 2mgs made my nees buckle and was incredible. Well if you like being fuked out of your mind. Its the closest to heroin so. Just shoot 2mg, push in half the syringe and let it sit and if u want more push the rest
