I've hear people have seen colors, visions, have conversations with their guides/aliens/entities...ect have you ever experienced any of this or anything similar? how did it make you feel? did it change you in any way? I have yet to experience anything :bigcry: I feel like I only bother and annoy entities so they refuse to even speak to me. Like the whole human race has the potential and ability to advance and I'm the only exception cause I just don't get anything out of meditation and am refused any help by spiritual/astral beings. ..even experienced people sometimes :frown: so, have you ever had any spiritual experiences during meditation? (if so, a little help please? :sunny:
Yes, all of it. No, the experiences are just like eating a carrot. Not memorable, not particularly edifying. I experienced more from acid. But then I didn't get into meditation for the light and sound effects. I got into it to center and self heal. You must look to meditation as a place of refuge when nothing else will suffice. There are no deities so powerful as simple sentience. Meditation would be highly uncomfortable if it always was woo-woo. Consider the cool stream better than hot or cold.
I mainly see light and feel vibrations. But meditation isnt really about that, if you try to achieve things like that then it likely won't happen. Just let go, clear your mind, if anything is going to happen then it will come, if not then it won't.
There are times when I'll guide my meditation because of a certain question I need answered or circumstance I'm facing. When I do that, I'll get visions or high energy sensations. The visions aren't ever a clear-cut path or answer...they typically don't make sense until later. Like, I'll see a man walking down a street at night...things that make no sense on a visual level, but sometime down the road, I'm hoping I make a connection. However, I firmly believe that every meditation session is a spiritual experience. It all depends on how long you've been doing it, what you've mastered in your meditations, and whether or not you can guide your meditations to a specific focal point in the subconscious. You really have to make a CONSCIOUS connection to the SUBCONSCIOUS of your brain.
The only thing I ever saw during meditation, and it only happened once, was a blue light. Probably nothing, I know. I have talked to people who have seen many things during meditation. Part of me believes them, part of me thinks it's bullshit.
The effects I have found most helpful from meditation/prayer are on my life at large, during normal waking activity.
yes dear off course it works. If you are unable to experience the vision, colors, and any entity even anything then you need more concentration. Have you ever listen the name of REIKI energy? if no then you should search about it on the web.it is a good type of meditation. I feel many new experiences in my life via the meditation therapy. You should try it. this will change your life, I sure. To know about DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER click on the link below. thanx DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER
i have been meditating for years ..in all conditions and circumstances. i was trained in tm...i find with regular practice this is how it goes..i will let my meditatation teacher explain.he can do it better than me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNy-SWJ4G-U"]Vedic Meditation Teacher Thom Knoles - How Meditation Works - YouTube as far as spiritural visions and feelings i was taught to kind of ignore it as its a relitive phenonomia. even where the visions may be really good. i have seen gaunesha..but not real clearly. however on psychedelics i have very special visions ..to me..that seem to go deeply into the silence. meditation for me is a deep silence. this is very comforting in a world that has got most of us so wired we are just about totally disorientated. anyway meditation is a topic very close to my heart. i do it every morning and evenening. you should try it .vedic mantra meditation..its really easy..heres how you do it. you pick out a sound preferably a meaningless word .there is a list here. eng em shirim hirim shiam shiama shrim ram ayima these simple sounds are the mind vehicles talked about in the lecture. what you do is sit in a comfortable chair and allow yourself 20 minuets. silently to yourself repeat tha mantra. you will become aware that your thinking about the guy next door or something...just gently steer the mind back into the direction of the mantra. this will happen again do the same thing. after some time this mantra becomes like part of you and it has qualities. as one receits the mantra it gets softer and has a mild euphoric feeling to it. sometimes the mantra stopps and there is no thought. this is pure mind. it is being. this being can eventually pervaid the entire being in a kind of sub strata of mind making everything seem much more in proportion. in the end one realises that this deep stillness is the background quality to the universe and that is called cosmic consciouscness. but that is not the end....that is just the begining of two other stages of mind where the theory seems to just colapse in on its self and turn its self inside out. its called unity consciouscness and allot has been hinted at in string theory and quantium mechinics. but yeah put some side away everyday to meditate .its a great investment.its good for your heart ,your mind and just about every physical system we have. but theres a trick and this is the big one.it stopps so many people meditating because they just do not think they can do it. too hard. vedic meditation is not hard ...in fact its very easy..the trick is to once tou get off your mantra and into the world of the interlect and thoughts people often beat them selves up for it. no no...the idea is to gently steer the mind back to the mantra. after much time it becomes a habbit.oh heres another interview with thom knowles my teacher, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeJffXeH_II"]Thom Knoles interview with GeneroCity - YouTube so yeah try meditation. tripping is different...a great road into the world of spiritural practice....but never an end in its self. in my opinion sorry i first got interested in meditation through shrooms. they helped me to try and meditate. psychedelics help me be more myself.meditation gives me a peace and a knowledge that i am something greater than my psychic and physical experience. hay have a good day lis

Meditation is about stillness. What you are describing sounds more like astral travel and magical evocation. Both highly risky (especially the latter) activities that can lead you down a very disturbing path. I speak from experience. If I where to find any entities in my meditations, I will ask them immediately to go away. If they do not listen, I will banish them. The entities that truly want to help you do not show themselves in that manner.
