Asking a girl out...

I agree movies are a "no-no" because you should meet and talk...i think that the best is to ask her out for a "coffee date" but late in the afternoon..let's say 7-8 pm? choose a place where you can drink coffee but with the potential of staying around and enjoying some drinks afterwards...so she feels relaxed from the start because you do not sound like you want to rush things (its just a coffee) but it has good potentiality for you to touch her later on and kiss her...and enjoy the music..and generally having a good time with less pressure for both

so it feels like you were both carried away with meeting each other that you wanted more out of this coffee date and you stayed together after hours; it takes a very positive edge this way, plus if she wants to follow you in the drinking session, you know were you are stepping...

 

Sure, your friends only hear from you by text, but with a woman you are seeing, it is different. Once in a while she needs to hear your voice, it works magic and hearing her voice is very important too.

Now that you know she doesn't bore you and you don't bore her, if you both like the same music, an outdoor concert can be fun and you can talk before & after.

If you both like dancing, it can help keep things a little romantic depending on what's playing and how you dance.

I love taking nature girls outdoors. Love to see how happy it makes them.

 

Resurgence.

Me + the girl have now been going steady since that text was sent. Ended up just sitting talking the whole first date, decided to just blow off the cinema because we were enjoying each others company.

So yeah, who knows what the future holds, but thought it'd be cool to update this.

Hooray! That is good news.

Our first date...we had originally planned to go to the carnival that was in town after he got off work that night, but his friend who was going to bring his girlfriend along on a double date was epileptic and had been to the carnival the night before and the lights had messed with him, so we ended up going and keeping him company at his mom's house while his girlfriend worked late. The next night, when we went on a "real date", we went to my favorite Italian restaurant (which has long since closed) and then we walked through the mall for a little bit, then we came home and hung out at the lake. A cop was patrolling and apparently his car matched the description of one that was apparently wanted, so he checked us out, found out my date had a warrant and sent him to jail. That was 7 years and 5 months ago. We're getting married in June, the anniversary of when it happened, and our preacher is a cop. :rofl:
