I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, but which do you prefer; condoms or diaphrams? I'm trying to decide on which I want to use.
condom outta those, but id look into the pill. it has many good things to does for you besides not causing pregnacy.
Diaphrams for sure. You don't need to worry about condoms breaking or putting on weight from pills... I know women do have those and they are really completely satisfied.
the pill is full of hormones. yuck. i know they mimic the ones your body naturally makes when pregnant, but the human body is not made to be pregnant all the damn time without any break. so those hormones eventually are gonna fuck you up. not to mention that they mess with your emotional stability. yuck.
Me and my fiance don't use either. I'm in the middle of finding a pill that I'm compatible with. So, for now we do the whole "pull out" method, which I know is not the safest way, but we are both willing to accept the consequences if a pregnancy were to occur.
ok... so tonight, for the sake of trying something i've never tried before, my partner and i used a condom. ewwwww.... gross. 2 thrusts and i had him take it off. damn. i could feel the condom getting all wrinkly... there's just nothing like skin on skin. so yeah. i'm getting a diaphragm, as soon as i get my iud out. 'cause i don't wanna use condoms! lol... ok, that was my story for the night!
Hey Nakedtreehugger, May I ask why you are pulling your IUD? My wife had a copper IUD and besides some heavy bleeding during her period, it was fantastic! We pulled it due to a possible health concern and have been using condoms (& nothing on the 1st day of her period) since. We both hate them. I can't feel much with'em, they hurt me and she doesn't like the feel. Our sex life has all but lost its spontaneity and much of the intimacy for us has been lost because of the damned things. If we were sure about not wanting to have another child, I'd get a vasectomy in a heart beat. Until then, we may be looking more closely at the diaphragm.
I use condoms - but they have their draw backs thou. Not the same sensations for me & the pill is better for you both as you know when your periods 'are' due & when you can or cant have sex.
