What are you talking about? Like, filling the "coke pouch" webbing between your thumb and forefinger? sticking the tip of your finger is crushed MDMA and licking it? What? Obviously could range from too little to feel to a good portion of a gram, depending on how you do it.
Let's say you know you have a gram you could split it into 10 roughly equal piles (~100 mgs each) for average doses or 5 piles (~200 mgs each ) for stronger doses. You may not get down the lines perfectly evenly but you can probably get them close and if you think about it a quality Ecstasy pill is often reported to have a window of about 80-120 mgs, so you can probably get your doses all within that window, if you're like me and usually take 2 pills well then you may want to go for the 200+mgs Molly. I don't think you can gauge at all really by finger dipping in the bag. Investing in a scale would be the best way to go about it tho.
How the hell would anyone know how much that is? Go get a baggie of sugar, lick your finger, and stick it in in the dark, at different angles, with different amounts of spit on it, for different amounts of time, with different amounts of pressure..... you tell us EXACTLY how much you get each time..... Oh, how fine the powder or chunks are will also matter. You might get some doses five times the size of others. If you know how much you want to take and what it looks like, it could be USED to dose, but nobody else will be able to tell you. With generic sandy amber molly, the pad of a finger, licked and dipped, would probably be about a dose, and that's all I'll say. It's a pretty crude way of doing it, and I've never heard of it. For ONE thing, it gets spit in your drugs.... drugs that you might share, or might even share with people who will snort them. Kinda douchey to have spitty drugs, mayne.
As RooR has pointed out, there are way too many variables to answer this question meaningfully. You will likely get a low dose, too low to really do anything, but maybe if you're Michael Jordan, you'll overdose. This method of measuring sucks. It's not really "measuring" anything, since even the same person with the same finger with the same bag of molly could have very different dip sizes each time, and its very unhygienic.
