Does putting hairs on top of the bowl even help?

My sister, whenever she smokes her weed with me and its not poop, picks hairs off out of the weed for sometimes 30-60 minutes while i have to watch because she thinks it gets you higher, and then bitches her ass off when my flame accidentally hits more than the hairs i was supposed to smoke even though i try not to hit them at all because i don't really care or want to hear about it.

Does anyone else do this? Does this even get you any higher AT ALL then just smoking the bud? Seems pretty fucking retarded to me.

Well you just said you had to sit there for an hour watching her pick hairs off weed and then put them back on top of the weed which is completely fucking pointless. Get your own weed or get it into her brain that what she is doing is pointless

 

Yeah but it isn't like I had to just stand and watch her, usually it is in front of a tv or while we are talking or something. It's just a stupid thing im trying to prove to her is pointless and getting annoying.

I usually try to get all the cat hair out of the bowl before smoking it. I'm usually not very successful. Wait, what were we talking about?

The "hairs" are thc trichromes, and contains more thc than any other part, so yes, it does get you more trashed. Perhaps using a grinder with a kief screen would help?

i've read that the actual hair isn't "special." it's the trichomes that are where most of the THC comes from. and they are tiny little crystals, not the orange hairs. the hairs are something else.

but why would you want to remove anything and put it on top? just smoke it whole, and that way you don't lose 10% while you pick them all off....just to put them on the top.

i prefer to smoke my kief WITH my weed.

 

is it better to smoke the weed warm, or do you torch it nicely? what's your take on this?

 

i just touch the flame to it briefly. the lower the temperature, the smoother the toke. no reason to burn it extra hot, when vaporization is effective. higher temperatures will only damage the active molecules

last time i smoked out of a pipe and every single fucking time i have smoked out of a pipe i have gotten blasted using flame to light it....and every stoner knows that sometimes you need a second shot of flame to get the bottom bits....

red hot glass pipe is messy and not practical for ''all day'' smokers...cops come up alongside you at a light and you gonna shove your redhot pipe down your pants if he jumps from his car?....no...but eat a roach or even a joint in seconds

plus ...people see that glass tube and think ''crack''

 

If you do it just right you can light a bowl with a lighter and not let the flame touch the herb. Just draw the heat and it will light the herb... once down to the end of the bowl if you let it go out is another story, but by then all the goodys are gone anyways so blaze away.

 

trust me..i know my around a pipe...i smoke doobs only as a routine...no exceptions....popo always find the pipe....
