Looking to join in North California

Are there any communities in Northern California for a young man willing to commit everything?

 

Hi fellow_traveler, I'm not entire sure what you are looking for - perhaps you could spell it out a little more. My guess is that you are looking for an income sharing community where you can show up and do your share, that you don't need to bring money / have money?

i just got out of the peacecorps and moved to fresno which is the worst possible enviroment in california. i am looking to pack and venture to humboldt county no specific town and was looking to find out some info on the best area to go and campout at untill i can find a commune to contribute everything i have to give which is a vast knowledge abt gardening, primitive living, carpentry, welding and just abt everything u need to know to be 100% sustainable. i lived like this on my own for awhile before the peacecorps and got used to the family feeling and want to go back to my lifestyle with a new family.
