Ok, so I got kind of a shitty situation right now. I just moved to a new state about a month ago--and I'm still having problems trying to find a NEW dealer to buy from. I had a dealer back when I lived in Ohio--but now I live in New Jersey and can't seem to find any good dealers in my area. So I just want to know, if I wanted to look for a Dealer at just SOME random Place---what about like a HEAD shop?? Is it LEGAL to go into a HEAD shop and ask them if they know anyone who sells Weed? Or do you think they would probably call the Cops on me or try and get me arrested for asking about it? I dont think it's against the law to WANT weed--it's just agains the law to HAVE weed, right? So, anyways, if anyone out there knows if Head Shops are a good way to network and connect with dealers in your area--let me know.
They will ask you to leave. Mentioning any illicit substance or suggesting that any product they sell may be used illegally is grounds to be asked to leave. If you find a really laid back head shop, or a really laid back person in one, they might hook you up, but 9 times out of 10 you will just be asked to leave, and quite possibly not to come back again. You'd have a better shot asking some of the customers discreetly. Although I would be extremely wary of a person asking me for a weed hookup in a head shop. Just sounds like something an undercover would think to do.
no that's not legal. don't ask the people working, ask the customers, but like lysergic said, it's pretty sketchy. i visited a headshop in a town i'm not from today, and i could smell weed like crazy on a group of people, and actually saw a guy smoking a joint right outside. if i was more desperate/feeling adventurous, i would have asked them
fuck that shit, ask all you want ,.., some motherfuckers in your hood selling dope pipes, fuck those people. seriously.. yo where can i buy some weed.. thats like walking into a adult store and not asking where the glory holes are..
Go to partys festivals and other to meet dealers, going to detox is also a great way to meet them, you always meet at least one new dealer at detox
At this headshop/cafe in bc, all you have to do is talk to the guy for a bit let him know your cool, then hell send you around the corner to a guy who looks like jerry with a big garbage sack full. Man I miss that place. Best homemade teas and juice, they have a little smokin patio too.
or this one from the other thread I never understand why those young people publish that kind of informations all the time- I ve been observing this for 25 years now and its always those same people that end up in prison, you can already tell before. If those people already give free info here, they will talk 100% sure when caught by the cops. Only thing to do: stay the fuck away from such people
Going up to strangers and asking for weed in a headshop is pretty sketchy in my opinion. You'd be better off going to a concert or party and meeting some new people. Friends of friends are always good too.
Our headshop is at the flea market.Sometimes a state cop with a sniffer dog hides around the corner.A few days ago two young tile guys here bought papers while all red eyed at the corner store.A cop was in line behind them.He followed them outside and searched them.Suspisious for buying papers he said.
^ Dealers know people will buy at those things. Most of people are there because the judge told them, you can go to rehab or jail, so clearly they pick rehab. A MA meeting is 2/3 stoners who have no intention of quitting and 1/3 people who actually believe they have a problem.
what's MA? don't fucking tell me Marijuana Addicts. real addiction treatment centers would laugh at that. i think the one you quoted isn't SUCH a big deal, since he just said "friends older brother" ...didn't say anything about where. but a coffee shop in BC? with a dude that looks like ____? sounds a bit too descriptive, although still pretty vague.
Yep Marijuana anonymous. It's crazy, the people there act like it's the worst thing in the world, and it destroyed their life. They have the same 12 steps as AA. I say they have not been addicted to anything if they think pot is addictive. Yes people form a mental habit of doing it because it feels good, but that is not quite a true addiction. I mean people get "addicted" to those World of Warcraft type games too for example. People just like to feel good it's simple. http://www.marijuana-anonymous.org/
That's awesome. They even have a tie-dye banner at the top, to make marijuana addicts feel at home during their transformation into squares. Pork, real addiction centers might laugh at that, but the DEA is getting the real laugh. They'll tell you that more young people enter treatment for marijuana than for ANY other drug. They might not tell you that it's drug/youth-court ordered, though....
Addiction and dependence are two different things, with their own unique struggles. No one's addiction, no matter how ridiculous you may find it, deserves to be laughed at.
The government is well aware about the place, they always have some pending legal battle going on. Even the cops there know that marijuana is what runs the town.
In other words, anything stupid you say could be the finial nail in the coffin, the evidence needed for a warrant or whatever.
