To whom it may concern, I am writing with regards to HR 347,HR 3523 and, H.R.1540. Firstly HR347;The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act, is unconstitutional. It disallows the protest of American citizens where "secret service is present," which violates the 1st amendment, which clearly states; "Article 13 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." It is a sad day in the United States when one cannot speak out loud about one's doubts or fears, so long as secret service are present. Does this mean that it is illegal to write to the white house, being that there are secret service there? Moreover, CISPA or HR3523 is also unconstitutional, it violates our 4th amendment, which states; "Article [IV] The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." What is our country coming to? Why does the federal government feel the need to spy on American Citizens? This is treason! Ah, yes. That brings me to my final point; The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal year 2012, which "gives the US military the option to detain US citizens suspected of participating or aiding in terrorist activities without a trial, indefinitely." This is the most appalling of the three. Suspected of terrorism? There's no just cause to detain anyone, without trial!!! furthermore, this Act blatantly disregards our 5th, 6th and 7th amendments, which state; "Article [V] No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process." As I said, I would like to know why the federal government is waging war on its own people?
I've written letters to a lot of different congressmen/women and never received a reply..me thinks that when the little people try to communicate with the powers that be we elicit the same reaction out of them as rollingstoned illustrated above. "Lol"
No, but I thought maybe someone from his administration did. They had the National Policy director Email me when I posted about the NDAA on his myspace page, and that shit was not automated. But I deleted that whole Email address cause I got paranoid.
Its not like he's busy doing anything. The sock on the floor in front of me could be a better president. And before you call me racist, the sock is black. Silky, black sock.
I recently took a ride out to the Fema refugee camp 25 miles outside of town, which was built about 3 years ago. It is suppose to be able to hold 1000 people who lose their home to a tragety due to Mother Nature or whatever event might happen. Just beside this land is land owned by a friend of mine who has lived out there for 30+ years. Theres at least 3/4s of a mile of forest between his house and the fencing tha t runs the entire peremiter of the camp. After passing the camp I stopped at my friends house and we started talking about that camop. he drives by it a minimum twice a day and he said that recently there has been alot of activity too include large semi trucks which were off loaded due to the fact that they were seen leaving the place 20 mins after arrival. We decided we would put on some camo clothes and walk in that direction up to their fence. When we got there we were Floored. This Fema Camp could quite possibly house 3 countys worth of people. Unless the initial 1000 people would get 1500 Sq Ft each, this place would house 25-30,000 people easily. We also notices several other things, apparently no indoor plumbing because we saw what appeared to be 12 restroom type buildings, one for each large building. Also along the side and back fences were several rolls of constantine wire along the entire fence except for the fence along the road. The 30 mins we spent looking we counted approx 60 guys working at various things, mostly inside.
