Questions About Medical Marijuana Please Help!

I live in South California and I was wondering how people get medical cards.

1. Where is a good place to go that will give med cards out?

2. Do you need medical records?

3.I had a subscription for ADHD when I was younger can I get card easier with what I had?

4. What do most people say they have?

5. If you got declined can you re-apply?

If you can answer any of these questions it would be greatly appreciated.

I am not from CA, but also live in a medical state. I am pretty sure all you need is to pay the fee to see a doctor. ADD should get you a card. Having any past documentation on it will help. All the state wants is your money, you should get one.
