Why not? some people will feel better in the morning after eating and sleeping well and some will feel better in the evening after the eating and sleeping well.
I feel good in the morning and evening. It's mid-day when I feel like taking a nap or being really lazy.
I am definitely a morning person. I feel better emotionally and physically in the morning. By then end of the day, after work, etc., I am worn out emotionally. I do stay up until 11/12 at night.
It takes a terribly long time for my morning fog to rise. I feel much more alive after the sun goes down.
I'm definitely prefer evenings/ nights. I wish I would change over and be this way in the mornings, as I would be able to do much more.
