Isn't Love Story an incredible movie? You'll all have to trust me on this one. It may be silly, but it is NOT sad or angry. Not one bit. It's about falling in love only to have that person move to another country. I Hate Seattle I am sitting in a plane Rising and falling With no end in sight Each dip sends me tears Each rise gives me hope I'm stuck here forever You're locked in my brain I can't get myself past No one else is worthy But neither are you You're a crank, a pain Incapable of love You've no interest in me I'll forever be last But I love you the same I still wait up for you I've run you to death You are my perfection As I am your perfection I'll wait up for you forever Because I'm just that lame
I've never seen Seattle so I don't know if I hate it. I'm going there for christmas to purposely rebreak my heart with the guy I wrote about. I'm told it's a very nice city, so we shall see.
Well the last time I was there in 1997 it was pretty nice minus the Ranier District. Down by the piers is wonderful, lots of colorful life and things to do.
You would be hard pressed to find a city more friendly to hippies, in the United States. We have the largest hempfest in the world (see my link below), are among the most libreral voting districts anywhere, and the city is green both politically and literally. The neighborhood I live in, North Seattle is rife with hippies. peace, V- .
Didn't find this angry or sad, rather hopeful actually. Really liked the middle stanza, but the ending, the last line was a total downer [Because I'm just that lame ] This made me feel, like I've just wasted my time...
I dunno. Plenty of friendly cities in Northern Cali. Eugene OR isn't bad either. Between Seattle, Olympia, and Bellingham, you have most of the hippy population of Washington. And I do have to agree with your second comment. Our Hempfest kicks ass!! Haven't been to a better one yet.
