What's going on?

    Hey.

    I'm not new here, i just don't seem to know anyone that frequents the fora anymore. It'd be cool to get to know some of you.

    I should probably start by saying a bit about me. I'm an art student. I usually paint... well, more like mixed media... but yeah. I am also a musician, though I don't currently have anyone around to play with. I can play just about any stringed or percussive instrument you hand me. I like to play a mix of funk, surf, and middle-eastern-sounding stuff. I don't know too many of the technical terms for this. I listen to a lot of afrobeat, dub, jazz(especially hard-bop), and... uh... I guess they're still lumped together as jam bands. You know, like Phish and Cheese. Anyway, I dig that whole scene.

    So that's a bit about me. I mean, if you wanted to you could just check out my homepage thing or whatever it's called. But here is this.
