Hi, I registered to ask you good people for directions to this year's national gathering. I am currently residing in New York area and can't seem to find a reliable source with directions. Anyone out there please help. Also, maybe someone can tell me if 2012 Ozark Regonal Rainbow Gathering is the gathering I am looking for because they have directions. Is it far from New York?
will be in one of 7 states: Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia or New Hampshire in 2012. They do not announce where it will be held for sure until a little later! This way it is harder for them to shut down this gathering.
Also, it keeps ppl frm stampeding to the natls too early. There are ppl who would actually go to a proposed natl site a year early.

Hi all Rainbow Families, We’re Alice and Stef, two young film makers who work for the progressive film company Current TV over here in London. We’re both really interested in the Rainbow Gathering and would love to film parts of this year’s gathering to give an open view of what Rainbow People believe in and what these gatherings are all about. As you can probably imagine it’s quite hard doing a lot of the research from another country, so we were wondering whether you would be able to help? We have booked our flights to arrive in Charlotte, North Carolina for the 25th of June, but if we understand correctly, the exact location of the gathering isn’t revealed until the 2nd week of June? We’re arriving a week early, because we’re hoping to meet some people before the gathering and perhaps film their story and reasons behind attending. From our research we read that at each gathering there is a wedding, a birth and a death. Is this information correct and if so could you give us a little more information about it? Also, having spoken to a few Rainbow people who will be attending this year, we believe that filming shouldn’t be a problem at the gathering as long as we ask each individual for their permission prior to recording.
