hippl, we`re having missouri regionals: From Thomasville Missouri go north 4 miles on highway 99 until you come to road 430 and turn right[there is a orange ribbon tied to the road sign along with a Century 21 real estate sign advertising 200 acres for sale]. Go approximately 4-5 miles[go slow] until you come to 6 orange ribbons and a rock pile on the left hand side and 3 orange ribbons on the right hand side and turn left[a sharp left]... and follow the road approximately 1 mile and pull off anywhere to the left and park. 30 ft past where you turn off of road 430 into the event site is Spring Creek which runs across the road in which case you went too far and you need to back up 30 feet and turn left and follow road into event site. please pass it on. please don't show up till the 29th.

Rainbow Recollections 1996 Missouri "Who fears today His rites to pay Deserves his chains to wear. The forest's free! This wood take we, and straight a pile prepare. My daughter Skater (aka: Pixie, Shine, age 13) and I had a grand time at the Missouri Rainbow. We arrived Sunday June 23 and left July 3, and those were 11 magical days! Our drive in was 12 hours, and started with thunderstorms and a downburst in central Illinois that forced us off the road near Springfield. Big booming lightning! Old Mother Nature's power chords! Ba-BOOM!! Ka-Pow!!!!! We got in about 1 am, drove right past FS road 3173 in the dark. Whoops! When we hit Thomasville we turned around and headed back north. Right exactly at 3 miles on the odometer from Thomasville there was FS #3173 off to the right. We drove on in quietly without seeing a single cop. There was the big green and yellow "Welcome Home" banner and a quiet group with a lone drummer singing and pounding out his heartsongs. We parked in the dark fog and decided to get some sleep in our old pickup until the sunrise. Just before dawn it rained hard for about 45 minutes, and that made the air smell clean and sweet!
Abt 25 ppl alltold @ thomasville. We decided not 2 waste fuel & wear/tear on th vehicle chekin in paddy crk. Nxt yr if this split happens again in missouri, please ask me which gathring is correct. We do t wish ne1 loost here just because certain individuals think its funny to direct ppl away frm th real thing. Our gig woulda been bigger had ths not happend. I have no idea how many ppl actually went 2 paddy creek.we have councilled t have it thomasville vicinity again nxt yr. A family of locals s vlunteered to be scouts. We treat our locals well. & in turn we r treated well.
ppl please inform me the next time i have registered with the rainbow forumand now hear and would truly and honestly love to go to the national in july soory i missed regionals if i can help it wont happen again:afro:
This event is over now. When a date is mentioned a gathring will generally last a month after that date. In my opinion the best gathering 2go2 @ thistime is cumbeland regionals in ky.
