Youre sexy and you know it. Bur bur ba bur bur bur bur. *Im actually singing that annoying song that gets played on the radio way to much...do you know which one Im referencing? Maybe not, I think you live in a different country. I dunno. Its a catchy one and my 9 year old sings it all the time*
Yeah well... Ummm... I've got to a stage in my career where I need to start being taken more seriously. And having dreads isn't helping this. I know it's not right, and I'm not cool with it, but that's the way it is in afraid. I've thought long and hard about it and I've decided to cut them off. But I'm not gonna just cut them off just like that. I like a bit of charity work so I've decided that I'll cut them off when I reach £1000 for charity. The charity I have chosen is called NeST. NeST specialise in children's kidney illnesses - specially nephrotics syndrome. And it was the perfect choice because I have done loads for cancer charities, the RNLI and my local hospice. But the main reason I choce NeST is because I know a little 6 year old girl who suffers from nephrotics. Here's my page if you wanna have a look and read up about it. Obviously, I don't expect anyone to donate, but I wouldn't complain if you did. http://www.bmycharity.com/DaneCutsHisSweetDreads
those are some really awesome dreads. can't wait til mine are that long. sad to see your cutting them off especially the reason why you are. the fact that people would take you less seriously because of your hair is really sad. at least your turning this around and trying to make something positive of it! :sunny:
Thanks guys. It seemed that all I ever wanted were some really long dreads, seems like madness that now I've got them I'm gonna cut them. But, like I said, it's for a really good cause.
It's done The total so far is just over £1040.00. I made an interesting video of me going around Bournemouth getting different people to cut them. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeB0D18B72Y&feature=youtu.be And here's me now:
Wow, just watched the video as well, good stuff. If you don't mind me asking, what's your profession, that was one of the reasons you cut wasn't it? Also, how does it feel, good or not? Oh yeah, have you weighed them at all?
