Hip tattoo?

I want to have a tattoo that I can hide to most people (except my girlfriend). I am a man with a few pounds.

I am thinking about a swallow tattoo on my hip.

Any words of wisdom?

Tats are pretty much forever....in 1985 I thought about getting my 1st one - made myself wait and consider for a whole year...got it in 1986.

Have about 7 now and I do not regret any of them.

None of which show in public, for instance if I go into a meeting....this I am pleased about.

Tats on face is ok but I could NEVER do that.
