    Holla!
So I'm starting my dreadlock journey next week. I'm starting with one dreadlock first because even though I love them and I'd be committed to them I just want to test the waters for a little while first, but I will be doing my whole head soonish. Anywhozer, I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions? Like maybe what to do the week before, if I should start washing my hair with baking soda now, stuff like that.
I already did alot of research and know the basics (Yes, I get it, don't use wax.) but I was just wondering if you had some information to offer from your own experience :) thanks! :peace: <3

Wash ya hair whenever it gets dirty. Besides that, forget you have hair for 6-7 months.

bicarb softens my hair, so i say dont use it on baby dreads.
wash as normal, just dont use conditioner
    dont brush
dont run your fingers through your hair
put a woollen jumper over your pillow to encourage friction/rubbing
    dont use wax
    forget you have hair
    dont look in a mirror
    chill

    :)
