Society in general seems to drive me pretty nuts.

but my defense mechanism is not caring...I just simply stop giving a shit.

I tend to be pretty hot-headed and go off the handle...thus making me rather insane.

 

If that's crazy, then I'm definitely crazy, yes.

 

I'm crazy because i do not believe in authority in any shape or form small or big. I don't believe in one individual, or many, holding power over a single person or group. That to me is a form of slavery, and it is everywhere. Society is filled with rules, laws and directions forcing you to always live behind the fence made of tax. I fight against these in small ways all the time, by doing research, and never forgetting to think outside the square. Whats sad now is even the very people of this country who are trapped in this illusional vicious cycle are protecting the very cause which is supressing society as a whole. Too many are looking at the persons back in front of them rather than turning your head to see whats out there.

I feel the exact same way.

I don't work well for others. I work well WITH others, but I have a serious problem with management.

Needless to say, every time I get pulled over, I get a ticket no matter what because I am a downright ASSHOLE when I get pulled over.

Lately, all I've been thinking about is how we are just beings on a planet in a giant universe with no rhyme or reason. Political figures and authority figures are just little puppets that we assign to do our talking and decision making, however, they are running our lives.

But all-in-all, the thoughts of these things makes me absolutely insane...how we are technically ANIMALS being controlled and forced to be a certain way and do certain things.

 

Most animals that live in groups are forced to do certain things and take shit from the strongest which in the animal kingdom often means the leader. At least 'we' have constructed a system in which the strongest is not naturally the leader. Of course it is a work in progress.

Are you still in that fase? I'm pretty glad I found out believing or disbelieving in any juju doesn't have to say anything about a persons sanity.

Normal is boring. Insanity is at least interesting. I strive to be more crazy by the day....

 

Once you get there you wish you didn't It's easier to go crazy then to become sane again (i like the nuance between sane and normal very much, it means I don't have to become crazy to avoid boredom )

 

There are many levels of crazy. When I use the term I usually don't mean electro shock crazy but more of a Hunter Thompson crazy.

 

Perhaps even Raoul Duke wished he was a little more sane sometimes

 

:2thumbsup: Crazy is a relative term. If the accepted norms of "society" are considered sane I fall into the crazy range. I'm 66 years old and heading off on May 9th to spent a couple of weeks tent camping in villages of unacculturated Indian tribes in the NE Amazon Jungles in Peru. That makes more sense to me than any "entertainment" offered us Senior Citizens here in the USA. With any luck there will be Ayahuasca ceremonies if our work goes well. If not we might find out how good they still are at their shrunken heads skills.

It's pretty encouraging to read some of the stuff posted here by younger people cause it is real obvious that many of you are are also just Batshit Crazy and will never even be able to pass for sane. Viva el Jovens Viva los Locos! Also there are some of you that are my seniors and you guys are way gone...especially some guy called Itcho or something like that. :2thumbsup: :indian_chief:

I think a lot of people would think I'm weird. I definitely don't fall into the mainstream. I don't really do things like other people or see things the way others see them.

But I don't really think anyone would call me crazy (unless you're one of the rare people that have seen me on rare occassion get angry..then, yeah, I'm a total crazy bitch). For the most part I'm so calm and level headed I make myself sick sometimes.
