I have always wondered why people tend to always laugh hysterically, not because it's funny, but instead because of an odd reaction to tripping. Does anyone have any theories as to why we have this reaction?
confronted with very peculiar sensations and appearances what else can you do? at a loss for anything else and enjoying one self immensely laughing is natural.
heh i love how after a hit or two (depending on what strength) where its not heavy effects but you just start getting that newborn baby feeling.. where everything around you seems so bright and brand new..lol i only wish the smell of it all was more like lsd.. the smell i get from salvia is close to lsd but has a hint of all i could describe as salvia smell.. but then again sometimes lsd likes to give me the burning smell... which sometimes makes me jump up and run around and check and make sure nothing cuaght on fire from the candles lol... allen ginsberg - ive discovered the secret of the universe, its burning almonds
I haven't really gotten the uncontrollable urge to laugh on Salvia, except on very low doses (and since I'm experienced with salvia, even a low dose can have quite an effect). Since I've broken through and am familiar with the effects, usually I'm totally tripping seconds after exhaling. I don't have time to laugh before the effects are fully present anyway, nor would I feel like it because the effects can be so overwhelming sometimes.
if i smoke straight salvia i dont usually notice myself laughing.. sometimes coming back down.. but then i'm usually thinking about things where i wont be luaghing.. but if i mix it with weed I notice i sometimes really get laughing at shit... usually something stupid i do... like when i tried to set a cup of water down on a slanted surface and it spilled all over the place...
ha everyone laughs i thought just my clique maybe people laugh cause they get a great feeling of life and the only way to express is laugh
Or perhaps we realize for a moment just how pointless reality and what we experience is, and the only thing we can do before "coming-to" is laugh at ourselves ...
frequently when I am alone I feel like laughing. nothing to do with salvia. I often come out of the bathroom with a huge smirk and can hardly explain it to others. life is a trip as it is.
