hey gang, whats up my friend recently broke my 17 inch beaker ice bong. So today, I replaced it with this new lovely double chamber beaker bong, and got an ash catcher as well. Nice bong, not the best price for that though My friend got a 7-9mm 18 inch 12 slight inline bong with a better 8 arm tree perc and a nice holding hook for only 240$, that's more like it
My friend got that exact same bong (it is amazing!!) for 100$ canadian :\ it is ridiculous though especially when you load it with ice . . . quality device
I like the new piece. Man, back in high school I had a friend break my bong when we got a beach house for prom. It was pretty lame but we did bury it at the beach in tribute haha. I never posted my new bong, but I got an 18" Tsunami from a friend for $175 recently. The glass is really solid and it hits like a champ. I love this piece, I haven't used my Volcano in weeks. Here is what mine looks like:
looks nice, i love clear bongs cause i love to watch the smoke but it gets dirty quick. I have a clear maybe 8" beaker thats pretty thick glass and has ice notches though i can only fit 2-3 ice cubes in there because of its size
ash catcher keeps the bong itself mighty clean. the slider and the ash catcher will need to be cleaned, but thats much easier than having to do the bong IMO. i like it, all glass here is over priced. Hit real good, me and a few buds were hanging on his deck last night and ripped a few packs in it. It holds 4 cubes too, which makes for some smooth hits =]
I'm going to have to get cleaning solution soon, the little tubes in the upper chamber are starting to resonate a bit
use isopropyl alcohol and salt. it works just as well as any cleaner they sell at the headshop. your bong looks a lot like my buddy ganjabomer's i wonder what a "holding hook" is, that newradicalface mentioned on his friend's 'superior' bong that was a whole $20 less
I have used alcohol in the past and it works well. I normally clean it with warm water after but this is going to be hard due to the size of the thing. If I used alcohol and salt mix and let it soak in for a few hours, would it matter what temperature water I washed it out with?
yeah, warm water doesn't cut it. isopropyl and salt works best with vigorous shaking. doesn't matter if you rinse with cold or hot water after
Woah, a friend of mine used to have a VERY similar looking bong to this. It was purple shaded glass and made by the company PURP, which it read on the bong in white lettering, also there may have been less or more diffusers (sp). How many does this have, if OP is still around posting. My buddy had a dif ash catcher as well, but still very similar. Ill have to ask him for a picture of it and try and post it up here.
