Is it normal to day dream almost all of the time?
You see I've been day dreaming a lot, when I don't have anything to do I day dream, while on the way to places I day dream, even in the night (if it's even called day dream) XD , I don't know why but day dreaming relaxes me and it gives me some kind of happiness.
    How about you guys?

All. The. Time. Usually about the future, sometimes about the past. My head is rarely in the present. All that "living in the moment" crap is for pussies with no imagination ;)

It's normal. I used to do it so much I thought I had a mental illness, but I turned out just fine. I do it less so now that my reality doesn't suck as much, but it still gives me something to hope for.

I think we all may do it without realising sometimes - in my opinion it is perfectly normal:sunny:

If you're a functioning member of society with a job and/or going to school and have normal relationships with friends and/or family... you're doing okay ;-) Enjoy your thoughts and imagination.

So much that I have a hard time concentrating on things like school assignments, etc. It's more of a nuisance for me.

Learn how to dip in and out of the daydreaming state. Realize when it's useful and when it's not. A well-honed imagination can be surprisingly useful at times, but if left untamed, can wreak havoc on your waking life.

I do it alot, when I'm waiting for something, going somewhere or doing what I don't want to do, but I never though about it as an issue. Time passes faster and you are not bored/annoyed by what you do :)
I'd say it is better to daydream all the time than at all.
