those pics have such precise definition that they hurt my eyes. But don't get me wrong, they are gorgeous pictures. They look like drawings / something out of someone's imagination. Beautiful !

Nope, it's in the Ukraine. Remember the name Florence Nightingale for instance? It was there in the crimean war where she got her reputation.

I do not know of laws in Ukraine, however, it is normal to see much people smoking marijuana in Odessa at summer time. I think laws will be as in Russia, if you are caught, it can be very expensive penalty to you.
