A mod will come to tell you,but I think if you click on Forum Options on the purple line above--you can see social groups. There might be a certain # of posts to make,tho. And welcome to the forums.
It took a few days or a week after I put in the request to join... I don't know if that had to do with number of posts or it was just when Skip got around to it. Welcome to the forums...
