Can you really get high of Tramadol? I've never had any luck. I have a bottle of 50mg Tramadol's. How many would I need to take to feel anything? I have a pretty high tolerance to begin with. Also - is it stupid to take Tramadol recreationally? I've heard of people getting seizures before. thx
Yes, its not a very good idea to abuse tramadol but u probably will anyways. Take 200 mg, when you start to feel a placebo, wait 30 minutes and take another, wait 1 hour and take another, 30 more minutes and take your last one. This will get you to your designation with time leftover on the trip this is known as a "Plateau" in the CCC world. You Should Check out my Tramadol report. http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=447614&f=122 500 MG IS THE COMMON OVERDOSE RATE
My boxer takes 150mg twice a day,,she don't seem to get a buzz to me.Like aesthetic says, probably not a good one to abuse due to the seizures and OD possibilty before you get where you wanna be.Just my opinion though. And yeah,my boxer really does take 300mg a day.
Yea don't ever take more than 300mgs of tramadol a day. If you took 600mgs you would almost for sure at least have a pedit mal it might not be a big one but if it's while your driving have fun getting your DL taken away. And if you have more than about a 20-30mg hydrocodone habbit then trams won't do anything but keep you from getting sick. If you are gunna dose the half life is like 7-8 hours so dose all at once. If you must take some to try and get "high" I would not recommend taking more than 6 at once and be done for the day. Also if your on any SSRI you can't take tramadol at all as it could cause a possibly fatal case of serotonin syndrome which is a terrible way to die so please just don't. A terrible terrible drug. No high to speak of and TONS OF SIDE EFFECTS.
Yes it can, to a limited degree. I've used it for that purpose twice. I would take about 4 of the 50's at a time, and it would last pretty much all day. They don't give you that warm fuzzy feeling, but they will keep you from getting too sick. Just be careful and heed the advice other people have given in this thread. Just use them to keep the worst of the wd's at bay, and not to get high, because you really won't. Actually, I started out on Tramadol for my back and unfortunately they gave no relief at all, so they're really not that great for pain either.
I've had some surprisingly good experience with Tramadol lately. I had had a poor GI response to it years ago, but was prescribed it again recently and needed something to help interrupt hydro use/tolerance increase. No stomach trouble this time, pain control is about a half step above ibuprofen, but it's been a very mild, comfortable high along with it. Not great, but it's exceeded my very low expectations
